``The owner/chef Kevin Chang pays attention to the most minute details in his work. He considers everything from presentation, flavor and even the order he presents items in order to give his customers the most enjoyable experience while in his restaurant. I was truly impressed the first time I tried this little restaurant on the recommendation of a friend. Not only were the sashimi, sushi and rolls presented wonderfully, with a visual flair, but there were wonderful combinations of flavors in as quiet and friendly and atmosphere as I could hope for since I was there with him and a group of over 15 of his friends. I was given the opportuntiy to try something one of his non-sushi eating friends had ordered as well and the portions were large and presented just as artfully as the sushi. I brought friends for my second visit and was even more pleased and proud that I could have brought them out for such an enjoyable experience. For example, one of the many courses of the chef's special omakaze included a tower of mango, tuna, shrimp, crab and avacado garnished with shredded radish and special sauces plated so nicely it almost hurt to destroy it just to satisfy a craving for sushi. Rest assured we did! And, it was fabulous! I recommend calling for reservations on the weekends, because it is a small dining room, but I went in on a Friday night without reservations and was seated quickly. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay forever since I live about an hour and a half drive away. I will spend three hours on the road for this anytime!''
