Freshness of sushi: Very fresh.
Presentation of sushi: Somewhat nicer than average.
Generosity of sushi portions: Average.

Promptness of service: Notably attentive.
Courtesy of service: Very courteous.
Accuracy of service: Always accurate.
Cleanliness - dining and visible kitchen areas: Cleaner than usual.
Cleanliness - restrooms: Clean.
Quality of nonsushi food: Very good.

``Of the chefs at Haiku, there is one who stands out. His presentation is superior, the fish somehow seems fresher when he makes the sushi, and he takes great pride in his work. While always good, the food is better when he prepares it!

``My one complaint would be that the "chef's choice" sushi is always the same - salmon, tuna, and ebi or snapper nigiri (The freshness of the snapper does vary some). I would like some variation here, which would allow me to try things I would not otherwise be inclined to order!

``Over all, an excellent dining experience right here in "Aggieland" - For a girl from New Orleans, that's saying something! This is by far the freshest seafood in town!''
