Variety of sushi: Somewhat broader than average.
Freshness of sushi: Very fresh.
Presentation of sushi: Exceptional attention to presentation.
Generosity of sushi portions: Average.

Promptness of service: Exceptionally attentive.
Courtesy of service: Exceptionally courteous.
Accuracy of service: Always accurate.
Cleanliness - dining and visible kitchen areas: Cleaner than usual.
Cleanliness - restrooms: Clean.
Quality of nonsushi food: Good.

``Ozaki and Sakanishi do a spendid job of selecting and preparing very fresh sushi and sashimi. My favorites include albacore sashimi, hamachi and maguro. Their tamago is good and the salmon is very good. It's great to get this quality of sushi in such a small town.

``My one complaint? I usually eat lunch at Shiki and it's the owner's policy not to give you a hot towel unless it's dinner time. What's up with that?''
