``Fuji's presents a relaxed and casual atmosphere to enjoy sushi. The employees are very friendly, but the service is much more prompt at lunch than at dinner, even if the restaurant is relatively empty. I've visited many of the other sushi locales throughout Tulsa, and Fuji's continues to remain my favorite of the bunch. The selection of sushi, while not the greatest, is still very good, it is presented well, and is always served fresh. Fuji's excels particularly in California rolls, Philadelphia rolls, and rainbow rolls. On a side note, Fuji's prepares excellent miso soup as well.''

``Have visited Fuji many times; a medium-sized sushi bar and dining room with food and service I consider among best in this area (I lived in Japan for more than a year), considered and considerate though not lavish; overall experience has always been very good; clientele various - business, family, young, retired; atmosphere - informal, relaxed, comfortable; strongly recommended.''

``The portions are very generous, but the service is very, very slow. I have never had anyone at this restaurant treat me poorly unless you count just being neglected for long periods of time. They do tend to neglect customers, Especially carry out customers. Beware! If you are ordering carry out, they will fail to tell you that you have to go all the way in to the restaurant and pick up your order at the sushi bar. If you arrive to pick up your order during a shift change, there will not be a hostess to identify you as a carry out customer, and you will just sit there, and sit there, and sit there, while many employees walk by and look through you blankly, and try their best to avoid you. When you finally do get service ten minutes later, they still won't tell you that you needed to go to the sushi bar to pick up your order - you have to ask. You really have to be a proactive and assertive customer to enjoy this restaurant. ''

``Be prepared to wait for long time for your sushi to arrive...kinda funny to think that the sushi/sashimi would take longer to prepare than the chicken terriyaki! Never know that it would take longer to cut & present raw fish than cooked meat! However, this place seems to be famous for its chicken terriyaki sauce...which I personally feel is way too sickening sweet. Coming from Asia, I think I tend to be a demand more from my sushi than locals here.
``If you want great sushi, there are better places in town to get them. Try Asahi....it is so far the best in town for fresh & traditional sushi!''

``This is Tulsa's first sushi bar and the first place I'd ever tried sushi. It's been awhile since I've eaten here, but from what I recall, Fuji is a quieter, more traditional version of In The Raw. I like it better than ITR; they're both kinda slow, but Fuji is friendlier with more consistent quality.''
