``I had heard such wonderful things about Kabuki that I probably had my expectations a bit to high, but three different people had told me it was their favorite sushi place in Kansas City. The location is wonderful but the food was average. I think that Jun's or Wa's (in Lawrence) are much better in both service and quality of sushi.''
