Cleanliness - dining and visible kitchen areas: Clean.
Quality of nonsushi food: Exceptional.

``Torajiro is a very intimate place to experience sushi. The owner/chef Peter remembers his clientele (often by name) and more than just their usual order, he also knows their special requests. There aren't any frills here and it's not overly `authentic' but above all, the sushi and the service are exquisite!''
