``We have eaten at this sushi restaurant many times. In fact, we drive over an hour just to go there. The sushi has always been excellent, the chef is more than willing to prepare special requests, and the waitresses are always happy to explain something on the menu. The waitresses will go out of their way to help you order a `non-traditional' sushi dinner, i.e., helping you put together various combinations to suit your taste and palate. Even if you show up without reservations they will make every effort to seat you. The sushi itself has always been extremely fresh and we have never had a problem after. I highly recommend this sushi restaurant. It is neither the fanciest or least expensive sushi restaurant, but every single time we have left there saying the meal was worth every penny, and our mouths were singing on the way home.''
