``I'm from New Jersey but am a big fan of sushi and like to search it out when traveling. A friend told me to check out Tako's the next time I was in Colorado and I'm glad I did. I've been there three times since, and the food is fantastic. I can't vouch for much other than the sushi, but it's some of the best I've ever eaten. After my first two visits ordering what I knew, my next visits I just told the sushi chef what kind of stuff I liked and asked him to be creative. Best sushi I've ever had, hands down. Go, sit at the sushi bar, and tell the chef to have some fun, you won't regret it! ''
