``The sushi at Okina is simple - no fancy rolls and such, but the fish is the freshest and most delicious that I've tasted in SF. It's a tiny place that only has three small tables and seven seats at the bar. Its hours are 5-10 p.m., Thurs.-Sat. Few people have discovered it who do not live within a few blocks of Okina, but those who do discover it come back regularly, even when they move out of the city. Be sure to ask for the chef's recommendations - they change from day to day depending on what the market had to offer that day.''
