  ``This is a Chinese-owned Japanese restaurant with Japanese sushi chiefs. It's a nice neighbourhood Japanese restaurant. Accuracy of service is not the best. I've been here twice in the last month, and each time the sushi chiefs have given me the wrong order. ''
