Freshness of sushi: Very fresh.
Presentation of sushi: Exceptional attention to presentation.
Generosity of sushi portions: Average.

Promptness of service: Notably attentive.

Accuracy of service: Always accurate.
Cleanliness - dining and visible kitchen areas: Cleaner than usual.

``My wife is Japanese and I am a Japanese linguist. We lived in Japan for almost 25 years until 1993. I had sushi an average of at least three times a week during those years. I have eaten at virtually all of the best sushi shops in Tokyo, Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto, Nara, Tenri and Okinawa as well as in numerous cities across the U.S. The sushi at Kimono rivals the best I ate in Japan and is clearly the best I have eaten in the U.S. The attention to freshness, preparation and presentation given to the sushi is also extended to other Japanese dishes. A conversation with the owner/sushi chef reveals a passion for his work and that he views it as an art form, not merely his work. ''
