Cleanliness - dining and visible kitchen areas: Clean.

Quality of nonsushi food: Good.

``The waiters got almost all our orders wrong although we did our best to speak spanish with them, hardly any of them understood any English. Many interesting sushi dishes on the menu. I recommend e.g. the Salmon Crunch.''
