Part 2: Basic location information

We are only able to receive the address of one location of this restaurant through this form. If you are listing a restaurant with several location in this geographic area, please enter the central or original location (or just pick one arbitrarily) and use the Add a location form when the original listing appears on the site.

House number. The number of the restaurant on its street. Include fractions here, but not unit or apartment numbers (see below).

Street name. Please write out any abbreviations (i.e. Street not St.).

Part 3: Opening hours
