``Michi is clean and modern looking. It has a sushi bar you can sit at and watch your sushi being prepared by one of their expert sushi chefs. There are also two Japanese style rooms if you desire a little more privacy. Our server was friendly and enthusiastic. She offered suggestions when asked, all of which turned out to be delicious. Everything they do at Michi takes on a personal hue which leads to lots of loyal and regular customers. In fact, each time I've gone there, I've seen some of the same people. It's been just over a year since they have been open, and I can honestly say that, the service and quality have been consistently good and both the kitchen and sushi menu just keep getting better. They have great prices for the quality you get. As an appetizer, you have to try the edamame. These steamed and lightly salted soybeans are an absolute delight. The are an excellent compliment to a cold Japanese beer. The entrees are no less intriguing. It's all fresh high-quality fish, flown in. Even though they could probably make do with cheaper and lower quality fish, they refuse to do so. I've tried every type of rolled and rice sushi there. Each is expertly presented and absolutely delicious. The prawn and vegetable tempura is also an excellent treat. It is cooked perfectly; the batter is crisp and very tasty. Not at all soggy as can sometimes be the case. I have yet to be disappointed! For a healthy and very tasty food experience, head over to Michi Japanese Restaurant this weekend. maybe they'll even name a roll after you! ''
