``We dined at Sushi Eh in Nanaimo May 2006 for the lunch buffet. An hour after eating, I was sick with stomach pains and a migraine head ache. After phoning Sushi Eh, they confirmed they use MSG in the miso soup and it comes in other food they prepare.

``If no MSG was used our dining experience would have been much better. I would not recommend this restaurant, and I will not dine there again.''
