``Who would have though such an excellent establishment was hiding in Athens, GA. Though inland, the chef(s) makes a great effort to bring in fresh seasonal items throughout the year, and weekends often feature a great variety of unusual items. Attention to detail is never lacking and dishes are both beautiful, imaginative, and delicious. The chef(s) are personable and efficient; it is advisable to become a regular if you live anywhere in the area. I miss Utage dearly now that I have moved to Florida and have yet to find its match here.''
