``It's been a while since we've been ordering food here. The food is very inconsistent but still eatable. But today the chicken teriyaki was worst than ever: the chicken was hard as a shoe sole and dry. It looked to me that was an old and re-heated piece of meat. Chicken was so bad that even with my hunger I couldn't pass beyond the second bite.

``I called to complaint and the rudest, impolite and insolent person (I assumed was the manager or owner) answered and challenged my opinion; I do have a business myself and I would not dare to talk to my clients in that way.

``She even told me that either I eat the food or she'll pick it up, which she did, by the way! Now I am disgusted knowing that the food that was picked up may end in somebody else's dinner.

``Bottom line, avoid this place, you might get yelled at! I won't be back and I don't recommend. ''
