``Owner Osamu Mukudo is the sushi chef, and makes very good conversation. His smoked salmon is the best. I will always remember the (rare) bluefin tuna, which is sweet and tasty. Mariko and Alex are the nicest waitresses you will ever meet. You owe it to yourself to visit, and ask for the Dragon Roll [...].''
About Kai Sushi Cafe (Dayton, Ohio, USA)

Variety of sushi: Somewhat broader than average.
|
Promptness of service: Exceptionally attentive.

``Easily the best sushi resturant I have been to in my 14 years since I was introduced to the art in Tokyo. Owner Jim is very gracious, and the waitresses, Young Me, Momoko, and Gina, always remember you on your return. Sometimes the owner personally gets his sushi by driving to Dayton, Chicago or Detroit! There is a mix of excellent Korean dishes, so be sure to ask for sashimi with Korean hot paste, or the Kimche roll.''
About Tokyo Sushi & Seoul (Detroit, Michigan, USA)

``This newly opened resturant is excellent. The sushi and the Korean dishes are the best. I always enjoy the dishes of Korean pickles, kimche, and other items that are brought before the main course. The personnel are always gracious, and it is a great pleasure to dine here. I am luckier than most, as my home is only two miles away.''

``Kacuo Takahashi is the owner and main sushi chef. His food is not only excellent, but the lunch specials are the best bargain in the world!''
