``This is my favorite sushi establishment, period! I primarily eat maki (rolls) and simply, theirs taste the best by a wide margin. People come from all over a four-state area, including the Boston crowd, to eat here because it is that good. Variety of rolls best I have encountered, preparation and seasoning of rice is excellent. Attention to detail is evident in every aspect of their operation. Very friendly and well trained staff. Prices are reasonable as this is New Hampshire! Well trained sushi chefs.

``I am no sushi expert; however, I eat sushi wherever I go and eat at Moritomo's often. My friends that are into sushi and sashimi also feel that their food is the best that they have had. These friends are sushi experts and worldly, so I consider myself fortunate to have this place in my home state. I have no complaints about them, and even drive through blizzards for sushi night with my friends!''

``I will try to be polite, but feel I must warn fellow sushi lovers that this place has gone downhill. They have had several changes in management and/or ownership. The only fatality here is in the sushi itself. It was terrible! I count my blessings that I woke up the next morning. The service, cleanliness, etc. was all up to par, but the sushi was stale, fishy and uninspired. This place is beautiful and a great date night, but wait until they go under again and hopefully the next management will restore the food to match the reputation/facility. Sorry to have to write this.''
