Freshness of sushi: Very fresh.
Presentation of sushi: Somewhat nicer than average.
Generosity of sushi portions: Somewhat larger than usual.

Cleanliness - dining and visible kitchen areas: Clean.

``Promptness of service is hit and miss. With three or more customers to serve, things start slowing down noticeably.

``Courtesy is also hit and miss. The proprietors are very courteous, some of the other staff can have chips on their shoulders at times.

``Check your order when you get it. I'm there ten times a year and my order is usually off two of those times.''
