``It is crazy to think that you can find some of the best sushi around in Findlay, Ohio, but you can. I have been an admirer of sushi for about 7 years now and it all started at Japan West. I have been all over the U.S. eating sushi and have not found too many better. My first roll was the Futo-Maki/Millstream Roll. The sushi chef prepares his own tamago that is making my mouth water right now. I eat at Japan West a couple of times per month and have not had a less than superb plate of sushi. My favorites include salmon, sweet shrimp, yellowtail, tuna, scallop, and the every visit Futo-Maki (tamago, gourd strips, crab, sweet pink flake, and cucumber). This is a very traditional restaurant and does not have a huge variety of rolls, but quality is much better than quantity.''
