``I really like sushi, and am always on the hunt for a good vegetarian roll. I really enjoy eating at Genji because they have many vegi options:

``(1) Avocado and Cucumber rolls are fresh and refreshing. (2) Vegetable Tempura is super good. (3) Grilled eggplant is very tasty. (4) Sweet potato is a must-have if you come to Genji.
